EE are making some big changes.

And it’s more than just a fresh lick of paint, this is their biggest shakeup since the launch of the UK’s best mobile network in 2010. EE are merging with BT, one of the UK’s most recognisable brands, to create ‘New EE’ – home of the UK’s fastest broadband.

And that’s just the start. EE and BT coming together gives faster broadband speeds, unputdownable entertainment, 24/7 peace of mind with home security, a world of learning opportunities, plus loads more.

The launch of New EE was no small task. What followed was the largest campaign the brand had ever embarked on across every thinkable channel – from TV and outdoor to social, live activations, in-store media and ECRM.

As EE moves towards customer-focused technology and innovation, we wanted to bring customers along for the journey and show them how they can do more every day with new EE. 

To tease that something big is coming, we created an email with a countdown. Customers were also given a chance to take part in a poll that teased the four areas of EE tech expertise: HOME. WORK. GAME. LEARN.
Our homes are filled with tech that isn’t being used to its full potential. To show our customers how they can do more every day, we’ll take them inside a home filled with new EE. 

We created an interactive experience where visitors can drop into a home and help a family solve some familiar everyday challenges through the clever use of tech and new EE. 

Our direct mail and eDMs drive customers to a personalised landing page and our interactive experience through a QR code or click through link.

Following the interactive experience, we gave customers a chance to switch to the UK’s fastest broadband and unlock more innovative features and services that are exclusive to EE broadband customers so they can do more every day.
